“Architecturally the hotel is very pleasing to the eye with the limestone exterior and modern entrance. The hotel is in very good condition and smells lovely. All of the facilities were excellent and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Valentin, Enzo, Pierre and Barbara. The rooms and bathroom were very stylish and clean. The hotel was busy but there was minimal noise in the rooms even at the weekend. Food in the restaurant was good but I wouldn’t really bother...
“This is an exquisite hotel. Beautifully furnished in it's lounges, grounds and rooms. The service is impeccable. The proximity to Lynch Badges Winery helps for an insightful visit. The team plan and secure other visits to the amazing vineyards at Pauillac. Breakfast is good and the food and wine at the associate Cafe Lavinal is good and well priced. A very special hotel.”

Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Hotel amenities include two gyms, parking, free furnished kitchenettes at each floor, rooftop and indoor cocktail bar.
Breakfast is quite expensive for south european standards.
Neighbourhood is under heavy renovation, so will improve soon.”

La chambre était très spacieuse et propre, et le service du personnel était excellent. Ils ont été très attentionnés et serviables pendant mon séjour.

“Situato in un quartiere a dieci minuti dal centro in auto o a piedi, la maison ama la discrezione, personale gentilissimo, bella la camera e spazioso il bagno. Mi piacciono questi angoli di pace in città, ti rifugi dopo giornate frenetiche tra vigneti, monumenti, musei, ristoranti e chilometri a piedi. Bordeaux è una città vivace e i dintorni ricchi di Château (di vino...ovviamente!)”
